As we already know the main difference between "RBF with Single Utxo" and "RBF without Single Utxo" is that "RBF with Single Utxo" involves 2 transactions . "RBF without Single Utxo" only involves one transaction because it doesn't combine our BTC and Runes into one UTXO. Therefore, we don't need to split this UTXO for BTC and Rune

In this case, we will always have 1 output more than in "RBF with Single Utxo" .
